Yola Mezcal

A wonderful story about a family owned business!  Yola Jimenez has created a fantastic Mezcal using her grandfather's recipe.  She has built the Yola Mezcal brand with product produced on her grandfather's farm in Oaxaca, Mexico using an all-female distillery staff.  The master mexcalera is Guadalupe Bautista, a role that has traditionally been held by men in Mexico.  Yola and the all-female leadership have brought this wonderful product to the United States and Mexico.
